  1. Zero-Hassle Return Policy
    1. Returns are authorized within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, they must be:
      1. A Stocked, Non-Custom Product
      2. In Resalable Condition without damage or use
      3. In original packaging such as a box, carton, or bundle.
      4. Match the original sales order or invoice which the product was sold.
  2. Un-Qualified Returns
    1. Returns made after the initial 30 days
      1. Subject to restocking fee if above conditions are met.
      2. TRS Reserves the right to refuse any return on items over 30 days.
    2. Returns without Sales Order or Invoice
      1. For TRS Account holders, we will make every attempt to look up your order on our software system.
      2. If we are unable to find your order on our system, or the product you are returning does not match our records, we may refuse the return.
  3. Special Orders:
    1. Special order products are any of those not typically stocked by TRS in a given market, time period, or they are custom ordered for a specific job.
    2. Special order product returns will be subject to the product’s manufacturer’s return policy. Customer is responsible for any and all additional return/restocking fees charged to return the special order items.

      1. Credit to Credit Card
    3. Check up to $499
      1. Cash provided after 10 day period after check clears.
    4. Check over $499
      1. Check provided in 3-4 business days after 10 day waiting period from cleared check.
    5. Cash
      1. Cash purchases less than $300 will receive cash in return. Cash refunds over $300 will be made by check in 3-4 business days.
